Membership subscriptions

Paid memberships renew monthly unless canceled through available billing controls. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid a subsequent charge. Any trial duration, billing start date and conversion to a paid plan are disclosed during checkout. For an unexpected charge or billing error, contact jeff@dentonbbq.com. Refund requests are reviewed individually in accordance with applicable law and the terms disclosed at purchase.

Merchandise

Print-on-demand merchandise may be made specifically for your order. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order reference and photographs so we can review a replacement or refund. Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed for made-to-order items. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. Additional order-specific terms will be displayed before merchandise checkout launches.
