What happens when I reach my plan's limit?
At the limit you can still view, edit, remove and export items. Copy limits include all collections you own; shared access does not duplicate ownership.
Will downgrading delete my records?
No. Downgrading does not automatically delete your records. Adding copies may be restricted if your inventory exceeds the remaining plan allowance.
What counts toward the limit?
Physical-copy limits apply to Owned copies, not Want or Spotify discovery entries.
Is there a free trial?
Any available 30-day trials and payment requirements are shown at checkout. Trial details, billing and taxes are displayed at checkout.
How do I cancel?
Paid subscriptions recur unless canceled. You can cancel through the available subscription management controls. See the Refund Policy for details.
